The Boys and Beatrice

Beatrice ventured out for her longest journey since coming home from the hospital when she came up from Long Beach to our house in Redondo Beach for Sunday dinner this week.  And I captured a few sweet shots her of with the boys.

Vince loves to hold Bea and be near her.  At random times
throughout the day, he'll bring her up.  "Do you think
Baby Beatrice would like this truck?"  "What is Baby
Beatrice having for lunch today?"

Much as he's been since the beginning, Max is a little
more tentative with Bea.  He gets really uncomfortable
when she cries, which newborns do a lot!  He loves
to watch her nurse and he loves to touch her little
feet and little hands.  He always looks at her lovingly
and says, "Hi, Baby!"

As babies tend to do, Bea has changed so much each of the times we've seen her!  This time, the biggest change is that she is much more alert when she's awake.  "She's looking at me!  She's looking at me!" Vince kept squealing.  She really focuses and it's so fun to watch her processing her world.

It won't be long until she's right there riding the train with us!
