After
49 for Vince, and
27 for Max, I have made a big decision: the Cotugno Family is officially done with monthly pictures!
I've been toying with the idea for a while, and we
almost came to the end of the era once before, but with the
move to the new house (and all of the monkeys in boxes ...) this seems like a natural breaking point.
The move is going well so far. Those packers and movers really earn their pay! Here are some photos from moving day:

The huge truck and huge crew arrive at the old house. |
 |
Our old master bedroom, all boxed up. |
 |
The early stages of moving in to the new house. |
 |
Vince helps out at the end of the day at the new house. |
 |
Vince was semi-obsessed with this one mover, Cesar, who was really patient with him. Vince "helped" Cesar move the last of the floor coverings out to the truck. |
 |
Highlight of the end of the day: The head mover, Raul, invited Vince to come up into the cab of the truck ... |
 |
... and honk the (very loud!) horn! |
It was a productive and exhausting day yesterday. The boys and I slept at Hotel Zander once again, and Peter spent the first night in the new house. Today we will celebrate America's birthday by powering through boxes and packing paper (oh, the packing paper!) and enjoying our first hours as a family in our new home.
